Pre-Owned 2022 Dodge Charger SXT in St. Louis, MO

The 2022 Dodge Charger SXT stands out in the crowded full-size sedan segment, immediately claiming an edge over rivals like the Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima by pairing bold styling with a powerful 3.6L V6 engine and rear-wheel drive. While competitors often emphasize efficiency or comfort, this sedan delivers a more engaging drive, athletic design, and a comprehensive suite of standard features, making it the clear choice for drivers seeking personality and substance in one package.

Shoppers considering multiple sedans will appreciate that the Charger SXT is ideal for those who want a spacious, comfortable interior combined with sporty appeal. With its eight-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel-drive layout, it caters to drivers who value both daily practicality and a touch of performance. For St. Louis commuters facing unpredictable Midwest weather, its stability and confident handling set it apart from typical front-wheel-drive sedans, ensuring secure, enjoyable commutes and family trips alike.

In terms of performance, while the Camry and Altima offer efficient four-cylinder engines, the Charger SXT delivers a robust 292hp from its 3.6L V6 SMPI DOHC 24V LEV II engine. This translates to stronger passing power on the highway and a more responsive feel in city traffic. The eight-speed automatic transmission ensures smooth gear changes and optimal power delivery, while rear-wheel drive provides a dynamic driving experience, especially for those who appreciate a sportier ride in a full-size sedan.

Safety is a key area where the Charger excels, with standard features like ABS brakes, electronic stability control, and the ParkView Rear Back-Up Camera-all included without requiring expensive add-ons. Dual front impact and side airbags, knee airbag, and anti-whiplash head restraints come standard, enhancing confidence for driver and passengers alike. Competitors often reserve advanced active safety features as part of higher trims or optional packages, but this sedan integrates them as standard equipment, ensuring peace of mind from day one.

The Charger SXT is generously equipped, featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration for seamless smartphone connectivity, a Uconnect 4 system with a 7-inch display, and a power 8-way driver seat with lumbar support for personalized comfort. Its dual-zone automatic climate control enhances cabin comfort, while split folding rear seats and a rear armrest with cupholders maximize utility. The Quick Order Package 2EG brings a thoughtful blend of convenience and technology, making every drive more enjoyable and connected.

Compared to the Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima, the Charger SXT asserts its value through standard rear-wheel drive and a stronger V6 engine, features the others typically reserve for higher trims or do not offer at all. Its EPA-estimated 19 city and 30 highway MPG balance performance with efficiency, and its confident handling makes it appealing to both enthusiasts and families. With a distinctive Granite Crystal Metallic Clearcoat exterior and a refined black interior, it stands out in both style and substance among traditional sedans.

Why choose the Charger SXT over its competitors? It offers rear-wheel drive and a V6 as standard, a rare combination in this class. What sets it apart in terms of technology? Standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide intuitive connectivity, while the Uconnect 4 system enhances ease of use.
